Maxidor service is disgusting

Maxidor Port Elizabeth has the worst service ever. Still waiting for installation since 15 December 2020. They phoned today to cancel after waiting for so long. They are good at selling the product and begging for you to take the sale but now installation is delayed. ****ing bad service. Disgusting. I would have never used them. Poor service delivery.

Got a call from head office explaining that the sales guy said that they can install on Monday and that I’m going to work on Monday but will make arrangements for someone to be here for installation. They told me the guy is sick that was suppose to install. So my question is.... Is there only one guy to do installation for a company of which it’s their job to install security gates? Now they phone and say they can come Thursday? The lady I spoke to told me she will let them know about Monday as previously discussed. 1 person to install and if he is sick no one else can come? Pathetic service as previously mentioned. My dear good god!!!! This company and their service is a disgrace. Disgusting and pathetic!!!!!
