Maxidor - Service is appalling

A Maxidor representative came to my house on Monday 25/11/2019 to install burglar bars, and the old burglar bars were not removed before installing the new ones. The representative cracked the granite table, i presume when he was installing the burglar bars in my kitchen. On Monday evening when I returned home from work I contract the Sales rep "Vincent Watson" whom is from Maxidor Johannesburg south telling him I was unhappy with the service received as the old bars where not removed and I told him that the guy cracked my granite kitchen top. I sent him pictures of this damage as well as request him to come back and remove the old burglar bars as my windows looked untidy with all these burglar bars. Firstly Vincent asked if I had advised the representative to remove them I told him I wasn’t home and the person whom was home told the representative. Vincent then said they were fully booked the Tuesday which meant they couldn’t come back to remove the old burglar bars. On Tuesday Vincent contacted me sending me a whatsapp reflecting a conversation between himself and Phoenix whereby Phoenix was denying what he did. I responded to Vincent telling him his guy was honest and he was the one who damaged my granite stone. Instead of Vincent addressing the issues and finding a solution regarding how my kitchen top will be fixed and removal of the old burglar bars. He tells me that they only install unless advised of removal. I'm displeased in the way Vincent handled this problem as he is impolite and unprincipled.
