Maxidor Rivonia Poor Quality

Maxidor (Rivonia) installed security gate at my place while i was away. When i returned and inspected the gate was scratching the door handle. The team came to fix their blunder. The fix they wanted to apply was going to leave me with a skew gate.

The installers admitted that they did not check their initial installation since my door was open (duh).

I had no choice bit to chase them away and got someone to modify my door handle.

Apology not accepted. You guys must really work on quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

An external contractor modified my door to accommodate your blunder. I just wish i consulted HelloPeter prior to placing my order with Maxidor.
