Maxidor product rusting and no after sales service

I had safety gates installed from Maxidor. Paid a pretty penny for it, after I have been told by the sales person how good their product is. I trusted this claim from Maxidor, and chose to have the safety gates installed ate my house.<br> <br> Less than a year and half after the installation of the products from them, the safety gates are rusting. I logged a call on 12 January 2015 to come and investigate the poor quality product, and fix the rust. It is now 8 June 2015, and after several calls and emails, no one even made an appointment with me to come and have a look at the problem and fix it. I have pictures to prove this problem, and would like to inform everyone to please choose very carefully before installing a Maxidor product, because of the lack of after sales service, and having an excuse every time I phoned again about why this has not been handled.<br> <br> I am very disappointed that I chose Maxidor to install their product at my house. I will not do so again if I have to install safety products in future.
