Maxidor - Outstanding Service

Amazing service received from Enny from Maxidor (Jhb North). We renovated our kitchen and the Maxidor was removed by the contractors. As soon as we were able to refit the gate, I contacted two branches of Maxidor one after the other. Enny responded within minutes - this was Friday, By Saturday afternoon the gate was reinstalled! Enny and his colleague were professional, prompt, efficient and friendly. Honestly people - this is the second experience I have had in this week with aftersales service. So refreshing - I am blown away. And then, Enny followed up with an email to confirm all in order! Wow! THANK YOU Enny, you deserve a commendation! Your customer service is OUTSTANDING!!
