Maxidor Johannesburg horrible experience

I bought buglars from maxidor in Johannesburg, i paid deposit of almost 10 grand.. after my house had been broken into. They initially said they'll install buglars on the 8th December 2021, today it's the 22nd of December 2021, they sent me an email after i queried that they are taking too long as i wanted to go to my hometown for festive holidays... They then said it's the factory delay bla blah how is that my problem? It's festive season and the guy who came to take measurements and give quotation, Rudi.... Said i must pay before the 10th of November if i want my buglars to be installed before the 15th of December... Now look, they have not installed buglars even now... The said part is they did the same thing when we ordered buglars from maxidor in kokstad for my home in may this year... It seems, "the factory delay because of the strike" is always their excuse coz they used the same excuse there as well for the delay.... Im sooo angry right now, they pressurized me to pay deposit, now that they have my money, they are stalling and it's festive season now. Break in are garlour.... They sent an email saying they understand my frustrations, how? Are they the ones who paid money and not getting service? No, its me not them.... They got their money, got their salaries probably with bonuses, they are enjoying their holidays, im not coz of the frustrations i have about the safety at my place....
