MAXIDOR HQ & TZANEEN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Honestly if i could give this company 0 stars I would. We ordered a Maxidor the first time for installation, this gate was promised to be installed within 4 weeks as manufacturing takes 15 working days. The gate was only installed about 6 weeks later, now one can understand as there was a national steel strike and factories were closed. However I thought okay lets give them another shot, and ordered a second gate after hearing on the radio the time was then to get orders in before he shutdown for December, with installation to be arranged the week of the 6th of December. We are currently on the 20th of December after following up again today as to where my gate is, to get a letter from Maxidor HQ (dated 15/12/2021) stating that no gates will be sent out until January. You get bul**** into making payment before your door gets ordered but then they decide when its convenient for them to install.

I have now demanded a refund and I am awaiting the response as this is completely unacceptable.

Trying to phone, whatsapp and email these people with no response - DONT USE THEM!!! Gull of empty promises.
