Maxidor Horrible and Inconsiderate Customer Service

On 25 July 2018 a guy called Davie from Onderkers came to my house to give me a quotation on the service of my old doors and installation of a new security door. I paid cash on the day as he promised that the custom made door will be delivered next Tuesday and installation will start on the Wednesday and it will only take one day. That week went by without a call from him despite the delivery date of Tuesday that has passed. I called and was told work will start the Tuesday 06 August. The team came did half the work and never returned.

I have since been trying to contact Davie and his cellphone is off and the office number does not even ring.

Is this the quality of service that is provided by Maxidor if I had known I would not have even bothered. I feel disrespected and cheated.

Can Maxidor please handle this matter as I am tired of chasing a phantom
