Maxidor Ekurhuleni East/Pretoria branch - SHOCKING SERVICE

Absolutely terrible service for the Maxidor Ekurhuleni East/Pretoria branch today 27/01/2022. We paid for a service of a roller door. Which consisted of the technician spraying the sides of the roller door with lubricant. Which we could have just done ourselves.

When we asked them to please check the motor/bearings on the inside of the cover for wear and tear etc , we were told no and they walked away.

When I contacted their offices, they told me they only open the cover when the hear a distinctive noise ! You must be kidding me, we paid a fee to test a technicians hearing and a few sprays of lubricant.

Complete and utter shocking service, no wonder they make you pay in full before coming out to assist. Because they know there is no way that you would pay the balance after their shocking service.
