Worst service ever! The burglar bars took less than 2yrs to rust and when I called them to come assess them they kept making empty promises until today. Every time I would call they will pretend as if they don't know me. The sales man I delay with is Ian Frazer from the CAPE TOWN branch, pathetic service! I sent about 5 to 7 emails and they didn't even bother to come check. After installation it took exactly a week for people to break into my house, I was actually better off without the burglar bars. I would advice anyone who is looking for burglar bars to explore your options and in doing that PLEASE DON'T consider Maxidor! Use them at your own risk. Even their head office didn't help at all, they useless.
