MAXIDOR, APATHETIC APPROACH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have gotten appalling service from Maxidor. My order was paid for in full in Dec 2020 as they don't accept a deposit. I have gotten nothing but excuses from them as to why half the installation is yet to be completed. They measured incorrectly and was not able to put in a security gate. Promised to get a replacement but after that, silence. For weeks. Now the WhatsApp contact does not even bother to respond or acknowledge messages. Do yourself a favour and never do business with this company. Unfortunately less than one star is not possible.
