Maxidor and their non existent customer service

Update. Still waiting for installation of a gate since January. Phoned head office and they told me the CFO Clinton will phone me back at 11. I phoned them 3 times after that and still waiting for Clinton to phone back. They really are pathetic right from management to the lower level. Disgrace. Do not recommend Maxidor at all. Waiting almost 5 months for 1 gate. Ridiculous is an understatement.
