Told installer to leave my premises when I discovered that aluminium rivets and not stainless steel were used .When challenged, installer he initially **** to me insisting that rivets were stainless steel..Their own brochure claims that stainless steel rivets used by them will not rust or tarnish and this is why they use stainless steel.<br> National sales Manager MR Southwood claims that stainless steel rivets are only used on doors and not on their window products.<br> Please cancel order and refund the full amount paid to you in good faith in advance with in 2 days<br> Installer also allows worker to use an angle grinder with guard removed and no eye protection as required by law by the employer.<br> <br> A C Oosthuizen<br> ***<br>
