LOCK DISCONTINUED - BUY NEW GATE!

I installed Maxidor about 10 years ago choosing them because of the rep and just thought they are the best at that stage, I had to replace my gate's lock 3 times phoning the Pinetown branch I was told to come fetch the lock explaining to her that it the gate not the slam lock. I arrived to find that she has the wrong lock the slam lock, lock she argued with me I just left on the promise she will order me a lock. On the Friday I was phoned to be told that the lock has not arrived. I phoned the Head Office to find out that this lock has been discontinued and I must purchase a new gate, so first the ppl from Pinetown never order my lock and now spending so much money for Maxidor I now must get a new gate not only a lock. This was never told to me by the rep if I knew in 10 years time I must buy a new gate because the locks are not being made anymore. After numerous calls I am sitting with a Maxidor gate and a broken Lock. ****py service from Pinetown and very very disappointing in Maxidor.
