Incorrect size of bars and NO service

I ordered Maxidor bars which on installation, were too small. Thereafter I contacted the rep and the company and NOTHING was done. I am still trying to sort this out, but the rep has not rep**** and the company number does not pick up. The installer was supposed to give me the manager's mobile number and the rep was supposed to get back to me days ago about an installation date. So upset and shocked - will never use them again. So now I am sitting with a burglar bar that is tied using cable ties ... this is about my safety and I cannot even trust a company called Maxidor.
