Inability to deliver

<p>Despite various phone calls regarding installation of a back security gate, we have yet to receive our gate. We were forced to pay the full amount upfront. We have been waiting over a month. No one ever gets back to us and when they do, empty promises are made. The sales man at Brackenhurst Maxidor Pearl Carmichael, has yet to get back to us. We are beginning to think this is a **** and they have ****** our money.</p>
