Impeccable service from Maxidoor KZN - Very impressed

Maxidoor KZN has been excellent. I had called them in the morning due to a faulty roller shutter door, and spoke to the sales manager in KZN, Mpho Makhavhu. He immediately told me he will contact me in a few minutes to arrange someone to come through and will confirm a time. As he said, in 2 minutes he called me back saying that someone by the name of Levy will be at your place between 3:30 and 4pm.

Levy was there on time and worked extremely well and quick. He knew exactly what he was doing, had all the tools with him so, no back and forth. He did the job and my shutter is now perfect.

Thank you to Mpho and Levy and Maxidoor. You guys are great. Service was first class, response was impecable. You dont find this in SA, very often.
