Great Customer Service
After a terrible experience and many delays I am very please with the maxidoor call centre team the 2 agents Cherisa and Sasha. These 2 ladies definitely do know about customer service and are lead by great management Reziah Miller who definitely is a great model you can tell in the building. I had originally cancelled my installation due to constant delays and no feedback but when dealing with theses ladies the rest of the process was smooth sailing and given constant feedback. Customer service at its best, well done ladies keep up the GREAT WORK!!!
