Failed to collect security door

Maxidor replaced my security door - when the quote was done I was promised that they would dispose of the old door. The technicians who installed the new door refused to take the old door with them as promised. I contacted the sales person who promised to collect the door - he did not collect the door at the arranged time and has not been in contact or answered his cellphone since. Please collect the door and dispose of it as promised.
