Extremely poor service
Dear Sir/Madam<br> Maxidor called to set up an appointment for installation for Wed 26th Aug 2015. I took a day off work today is the 27th August and still no installation.<br> The tone and attitude of Rowan was frustrating.<br> the fact that 1or 2 people of higher authority as given my details to contact me and they didn't.<br> It clear that customer service is not a priority with Maxidor.<br> Thank you
