Extremely disappointed with Maxidor. The worst customer service ever!!!!

I bought 3 products from Maxidor spending over R17 000. The installation was done. Damaging my walls but l can let that slide. I desperately need spare keys for 1 of the 3 products.

I tried 5 Localsmiths, they all could not make copies of that 1 key and flatly told me that there is a problem with the Lockset on one of the products. 3 weeks ago l wrote to Maxidor asking them to make the spare keys.

I have been sent from pillar to post. With no proper assistance. I was told its a 20 working day process!!!!! When l asked the cost of this 20 day process to cut 1 key l have not been given a response. I followed up again and again. But no response on this 20 day process.

You would think that after spending R17 000 Maxidor will have the decency to support their products.
