Excellent Service and Installation

<p>A big thank you to Maxidor for outstanding service and workmanship. Ridge was very accomodating and patient with us in setting up an appointment date. Ridge was very efficient and always kept me up to date on the status of my order. I made payment on the 20/05/2017 and the first installation was booked for the 27-05-2017. The installation was not cmplete on the 27th but I was very impressed by the phonecall I got from Alecia Nel on the 29th apologising for this and assuring me that this will be complete and will make sure that I am 100% satisfied. That phonecall definately made me feel like a valued client. I made arrangements for the 03/06/2017 for this to be booked. On Saturday 3rd June Andre has arrived very early as promised. He was efficient and very neat. He tested the Maxidor and made sure I was happy with the products. Before leaving he asked if I was happy with the installation and if we had any problems we should call the office and he will come back. He left our premises in emmaculate condition. Andres work is very neat and these guys have definately made me a happy client. On the 05/06/2017 I recieved another call from Alecia to find out if everything went well and if I was satisfied with this installation. I currently work for a well recognised company and must say I would be very proud having such pleasant, enthusiatic and friendly people like this on my team with such a good attitude. They had definately made me feel like my safety and security was their priority. Thank you again for such good service! Keep up the good work!</p>
