don't ever do business with them, better trellidor

Confirmed an order on 30 March 2015. They promised me that it would be ready within 7 working day. With no contact from them I called 2 and a half weeks later. They then schedulded instalation for the next week. When the installers came they installed one of the two gate. The second gate was damaged but he asked me if I wanted it to be installed. I did not pay for damaged gates. Then they said that the will take it back and get it repaired. Still with no communication from them I called a week later. The lady who answered the call I gave her my name and she knew exactly who I am and she said she would call me the next day. One week later and still no call. I called again recently. They said the lady who scedulesinstallations was not in and she would call me the next day. Still no call from maxidor. And I don't know if the door is ready. I would never recommend maxidor to anyone. Even if they competition is more expensive its much better to pay the price for the peace of mind. And the best part is I paid them in full. And only got back 50% of what I paid. Wonder how many more weeks il have to wait for the 2nd gate. And also the fear every night because of the country we stay in.
