DISGUSTED

I have NEVER been so disgusted in my entire life with the level of service from MAXIDOR SA.

On the 28th of October, I had a rep come out to quote. The quote was sent to me on the 28th, to which I made payment in FULL.

Installation was agreed upon for the 30th Of November. (5 WEEKS NOTICE). I followed up 3 times to confirm installation, to which Maxidor confirmed.

Yesterday (29th November) I followed up AGAIN to ensure that installation was going to take place, to which I was told that the order is still at the factory and installation will only take place next week.

I have absolutely no words to describe my level of anger. I have taken leave from work, planned movers to move my furniture the new house (where the installation of Maxidor is supposed to take place).

No one has bothered to fix the problem or advise on any form of solution to keep me and my daughter safe. I am now being forced to move into a house with no form of security (which is on a construction site and other units have already been broken into).

I will NEVER recommend Maxidor, nor make use of there services. They are beyond disgusting with the way in which they conduct business.

By the way - STILL waiting for someone to call me and confirm an ACTUAL date and time for installation.
