Disappointed with Maxidor no show

I placed an order for burglar bars to be installed at my house.Payment was done on time and the installation was supposed to be done on Saturday 13thJune 2015 at 12pm. I got a call from Maxidor the day before installation was to take place confirming that the installation will take place on Saturday. They even sent a confirmation sms with name of the installer, at 11h00 I tried calling the installer and his phone was on voicemail. I waited patiently after 12pm and to no avail. I even called the sales person whose phone was ringing and no response and left him a voicemail. I even wrote him an e-mail. I then called the call centre where i held for over 5min three times and there was no one to answer my call. Its almost 4pm and no one has called to aplologize yet. Im very disappointed with the service offered by Maxidor
