Defect product and lack of service.

<p>I ordered 3 security sliding doors from Maxidor Centurion this week. The initial ordering process was fairly painless although it took 4 attempts on their website before a rep called me back. Turn around time from payment (full required by them) was only 4 days. Unfortunately thats were things started going wrong.</p> <p>The installers arrived an hour and a half late. The product installation could have been done a bit more neatly but its acceptable. The gaps between the barriers are unfortunately way to wide and a small child can easily crawl through. 3 out of the 6 locks are defective. Problems are from battling to insert key to battling to remove key.</p> <p> </p> <p>The rep (Jaques Du Plessis) is all of a sudden difficult to reach. It took 4 calls and a sms before he answered. He is yet to come and inspect the work and come up with a solution. Maxidor Centurion is even wost. I am still waiting for a call back from a manager. They agreed to replace all the locks but cant give me a timeline. They are very busy and fully booked until Sa****ay. Surely installing a defect product should take preference?</p> <p> </p> <p>I used Trellidor in a previous house and there service was amazing. I am extremely mad at myself for not paying a little bit extra and using them again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Other Maxidor branches might be better but think twise before using Centorion branch.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
