Bad Service

Firstly i ordered goods from maxidor and they took a very long time to deliver when i had alredy paid them their deposit in full,secondly ******* break into my house and while they were doing so,they smashed and broke maxidor into pieces and the product is suppose to be super strong(maxidor ultra). immidiately i request maxidor on the 17/03/2015 to come and replace my door and again they are taking a long time to replace it and i am getting no feedback none whatsoever from the company.I then Request for them to refund me my money and they tell me it will take 6 weeks for them to refund me.maxidor is a joke and they treat their customers like ****,all they care about is taking customers money and never delivering on what they promised.
