Bad Maxidor experience

I ordered and paid for a safety door/ gate on 10/09/2021 and paid in full. They said, no sorry Dawie Fourie said (who has a Maxidor franchise in Mpumalanga) it will be installed after 2 weeks since they have to make it as per order, I had no problem with that. It is now 15/10/2021 and still no door and no feedback from Dawie, he doesn’t answer his phone nor his messages, Maxidor told me a week ago that my door/gate will be installed before the end off this week, but it’s the end of the week and they aren’t responding to my calls nor have I received any correspondence from them. The bad thing is that none of them come back to you to say that there’s a problem or even that it will be delayed. So do you want to pay a little bit more and be satisfied then buy Trellidor, but please stay away from Maxidor, especially from Dawie Fourie. Believe me I told my son I will support this man just to find out that he took me for a ride.
