Appalling service

We have burglar gates from Maxidor and they are not working. We have tried to call since January and the lady kept saying she was I’ll forward my number, we even wrote emails, but no one has contacted us. It’s now end of February. Their numbers don’t work and emails go unanswered. Their service and after care is appalling. My mother is elderly and each time she has to leave the house she has trouble because the door not working is the main door. If you are thinking of using them DONT!
