Amazing Customer Service

I had been a happy Maxidor customer for a number of years having their security gates at every sliding door of my house, but not until the latest installation which came with a differrent gate. <br> <br> I queried this with my consultant and he gave me some story that new gates have changed and they no longer make style of my existing gates, I explained him the latest gate was only installed in September 2015 and how is it possible that the style would have changed so quickly and why did he not let me know when the order was placed, this was the last time I heard from him. <br> <br> I queried this with Maxidor and I was fortunate enough to be linked to a lady by the name of Boitumelo. This lady calmed me down and assured me Maxidor cares about their customers and they would everything they can to make me happy. She asked me for pictures of my existing gates and gladly arranged for the new gate to be made, she went as far as sending me pictures of the new gate to be delivered just to confirm that it matches what I have, talk about going extra mile.<br> <br> I'm writting this as a happy customer thanks to Boitumelo. You are such a star, thanks once again :)
