What is your experience with Mawer & Delport?

Mawer & Delport is the managing agent for the complex where I live. I am extremely disappointed with the service they provide. The minutes after AGM meetings are never correct, the important requests are omitted, and this year we had to wait for more than 21 days to be delivered to us. Also, the levy arrears are not handled in a professional way, some owners are tolerated for not paying their levies for more than 3-4 years while some who are late or in arrears for a month or two because of the lockdown situation are threatened. The list of complaints is long.
