Still waiting for our security deposit

We vacated one of the flats at ellanna gardens that mawer and delport is managing on the 1st of October 2022 and till today we haven't received our deposit the lady nadia said our deposit will be paid back by friday the 4th of november but it's saturday the 5th and the money has not reflected into our account we've been trying to get hold of her via whatsapp and emails but she's not responding to any of our messages this is so unprofessional and frustrating.....
