READ THIS AND TELL ME THEY SHOULD STILL BE IN BUSINESS

I got into arrears BECAUSE !!! the tenant that they supposedly "CREDIT CHECKED" did not pay for a year !!!! I have been handed over and in spite of keeping to my payment arrangements ...... they took out a DEFAULT JUDGEMENT !? I had a query recently (AFTER BRINGING THE ARREARS DOWN FROM R22 000 TO R3 500 - and wrote to Gerrit Rossouw - The Portfolio Manager - he rep**** .... I AM DONE WITH YOU ...... PAY YOUR ACCOUNT - I have this in writing and have lodged a complaint with CSOS - they can now handle Mawer & Delport. IN ADDITION - EVERY PAYMENT I MAKE - THEY CHARGE ME 10% COLLECTION FEE A N D !! INTEREST ON ARREARS - Where do they get off ill treating their customers ?
