No Return of Deposit

I moved into a flat managed by Mawer & Deport about 2 years ago. Unit 5 at Menin Gardens in Delville. No work was done on the flat when I moved in. The walls in the Kitchen were stained with grease. The floors were dry and unvarnished. I arranged for somebody to re-varnish the floors. My husband and I did our best to repair the walls when we left at the end of August. I phoned Mawer & Delport this morning to be told that the total repairs of the flat came to my entire deposit of R6000. This is nonsense!!!
