MAWER & DELPORT - DISHONEST AND NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER

I paid Mawer & Delport a fee to find a suitable tenant and do the relevant checks on my behalf as I was in England at the time. They did not do the checks properly and as a result they placed a man in my flat the DAY AFTER he had been EVICTED from another property in which he stayed without paying for TWO YEARS !!

He lived in my flat for A YEAR without paying a cent !!!! I asked Fanie at Mawer & Delport for advice and he refused to help me.

I had to get lawyers in to evict this man and that cost me a fortune.

Mawer & Delport are the most dishonest and inefficient agency I have ever dealt with.

They still manage the complex but I will be suggesting they be taken off the account.
