Mawer & Delport - BAD SERVICE

They aren't helpful with processing and sharing information after paying for the service. We paid them to object the rates increase 2 years ago, received the answer from the council a year ago and failed to share this. After tracking down the correct people dealing with it, it was difficult for them to share or assist. Never in my life dealing with them in the past 22 years have i ever had such poor service. I would not recommend them as an agent.
