Mawer-Delport apparently deficiency

In my experience receiving levies account,,they seem not to have a clue of what they doing.. recently I received an email stating I owed a certain amount,a minute later received a call from Cecilia stating I owed about R 1000 less,next day I enquired in person yet another superior amount came in statement...besides mails I received till 21 Jan, stating I owed an amount paid June 2019, after so many complaints about same,being assured at Branch it was paid,and I have proof of payment..and it was said might be a computer system problem....Body Corporate is owing me money for damages I suffered in common property,reported to management Mawer-Delport,they seem to ignore the problem.
