Mawer and Delport Filthy and Dirty buildings and discriminatory evictions
I am being evicted because of my disabled child. Some people are taking advantage of my disabled child and have reported him as being noisy when he plays of which there is no proof. A month ago I wrote a letter requesting the company to come renovate the room of which the old dirty rugged wooden floor maybe a contributing factor to the noise people are reporting. The building is filthy with many ****roaches NOT WORTH THE PAY! Instead of attending to that they wanna evict my disabled child. Please help me publicize and publish this on every platform. Thanks. Please help demote this company and make it noticeable to the world that it's a sham. Thank you in advance.

22 Feb 2020, 14:29And oh their buildings are also very much unde maintained. The lifts have not being working for a year now. The elderly and maimed struggle getting to their apartments using the stairs. The building caters in no way for the elderly and disabled. And residents are subject to harsh conditions of living with 1000s of ****roaches hidden in the walls and cracks on the old wooden floor of which the owner says they are 'a personal responsibility' despite the exhorbitant amount of mobey we pay them for rent every month! I warn people to jot rent in any of this company's buildings. They are very filthy, old and undermaintained. People practically treated like animals there.
