mawer and Delport

Hi All so after being with this agency for almost 5 years my family and I decided that we wanted to move, we gave in our notice and then cancelled it only to find a place 2 weeks before the end of the month. we had said that we would be happy to pay the rent for the month of August as they didn't have any new tendent. now when it comes to paying the rest of our deposit back they turn around and say that we left the place in a mess. the night we moved I had cleaned the floors and walls and everything that needed to be cleaned never mind the fact that when we had moved in the place was a mess. they saying that they are taking money off of our deposit to have the place cleaned... the night we moved out I had recorded a video of the place as one last good bye and in the video you can clearly see that we had cleaned the place before we gave in any keys... apart from that they had ripped us off every month when it came to electricity who in their right mind uses R1500 every month when both of us work during the day and come home late we hardly home on weekends and when we are home all we do is watch tv...

anyone who is looking to rent trust me when I say do not rent from mawer and Delport Alberton they will rip you off where ever they can
