)n 28 January 2021 I paid my levies due for February Plus extra to cvover a small arrears from the previous month. On 3 February M& D sent me an sms to inform me that I was in arrears.On 7 February I went to M &D and spoke to Cecelia about my predicament. She assured me that my payment was not received. I then went to my bank and aquired a proof of payment and took a foto of it to whattsapp to Cecelia,after obtaing her cell nr from her.On 10 February I didn"t get a response from her, and sent another whattsapp,asking whether the payment had been found.On 17 Febr, after no response, I sent another whattsapp saying that I had not received a reply. 20 mins later Cecelia sent me a whatsapp,confirming that my payment had been allocated.When I received my next statement, the payment allocation was dated 19 Febr and the extra amount I had paid was missing.On 23Febr I sent her another whattsapp informing her of this discrepancy and asked her to look into and rectify this.3 mins later she answered saying that I should please note that the number I was using was her personal number, and that if I had any queries I should contact the M&D office,and supp**** me with her email address. I subsequently emailed her with my query,and as yet have received no response. Terrible client service and extremely unproffesional,I think.
