***********, rude staff and basically *******. We were fined a double penalty for not paying a bill that was less than 1 month old. Cecilia the *********** woman didn’t even apologize for it and completely ignored our questions with regards to why we are being fined for something that hasn’t been there for a month. That was on December, it is now January and the rude *********** woman still has not even answered us. They have instead gone to our rental agency and have them pay them. Looks like this company makes their money off *****ing from tenants by just slamming fines of nearly R300 on to people.
