Don't ever rent from Mawer@Delport.

I have lived in a flat where Mawer@Delport is the rental company. I have lived there for 4 years and 2 months never was there ever a pre Inspection done where the landlord,the tenant and the rental company all got together to do the checks inside and outside the place that is going to be rented.

I have moved out and now everyone(landlord and Mawer@Delport) are all doing the job they are supposed to do when one moves out of the place.

Correct me if I'm wrong but after staying in a place for nearly 5 years is it expected that once you move out the next tenant can just move in?

Everything is a problem in the place that was rented now as the inspection is done properly only when one moves out.

On moving in to the place,the place was not newly painted tiles was broken,let's just say the place was not in a new state,But when you leave they expect you to pay for all the damages done to the place and yet a person can't fight them as they are aware there was no Pre inspection done on the flat.

I have had to phone them in order to receive the findings on the inspection that was done once I have moved out.

Service from them is really poor they don't do the work right and when you move out they expect you to pay for the damages with your deposit but no inspection was done by them with the tennant.
