BUILDING DOESNT HAVE ELECTRICITY FOR DAYS, AS USUAL, NO COMMUNICATION. WORST HOUSE AGENT!!!

Not usually one who likes to complain but mawer and delport is possibly the worst housing agent in the whole of the Eastrand. This is my third house with mawer and delport within 3-4 years and it’s the same shocking services. As I write this, our complex doesn’t have electricity for 3 days now and there has been no communication from either mawer and delport or the owner of the house who most of us don’t know. No caretaker either. A 4 building complex. We’ve lost money in food and groceries because of this shocking ill treatment by mawer and delport... and this is the 3rd time this is happening (Happens at every mawer and delport building I’ve rented). I’ve managed a faulty toilet, a leaking roof, a broken shower and now no electricity for days and no communication yet they expect a R5000 rent in few days time. The building is ST SERENE in Germiston. Shocking!
