Very bad service

<p>I upgraded early this year and I took a samsung s6 edge plus, the upgrade was under deals and it was R420 monthly. I did the upgrade online, a consultant called me and we finished the deal. The monthly payment will be R420. Now everytime I make a payment im being told that I must pay R560 a month. In which I have been paying because they always tell me that they will suspend the phone. I called mtn so many times they always make promises that they will call me back and sort this out. Yet I keep getting sms's that I must pay R560. I want mtn to refund me my money. And to sort this out.</p>
