Unauthorized/******* Subscription change by Maverick Telecommunications.

My accounts were changed by Maverick Telecoms(initially passing off as MTN) WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Weeks after confirming that the accounts would be reverted nothing has been done, countless email and commitments have lead to nothing. That a company can change packages without consent and then not rectify it ridiculous, entrapment and simply *******. I am now asked by them to send them my ID and pay slip. How can you send personal details to a company that has **********ly changed your subscriptions.
