Paid my account ..but handed over to legal...

<p>Took out contract in october. 2016..paid everymonth....consultant has all proof of payments..asked her to allocate to account...she said she logged usd's ..but still not resolved.still they contact me to say i owe over a R1000.00..instalment is 349..i paid 379 everymonth.. but they say im in arrears...and they can't even tell me when i did not pay....i told the consultant i want this sorted out nd i want the legal status to be removed asap.. as the account is paid every month...</p> <p> </p> <p>And i am still waiting for the store manager to contact me...this has been going on for more than a month now and now they tell me the account is not open ..but they have all the proof that i paid..</p> <p> </p> <p>This is so unfair towards a client who paid their account..and will be listed as a slow payer because of this. Mtn better make sure this gets removed from itc...or i will take them to my lawyers...</p> <p> </p> <p>I give them 24hours to sort out this mess....</p> <p> </p> <p>Highly dissatisfied....(</p>
