mtn insurance sucks

<p>I am not happy or impressed with mtn's service and assistance. I upgraded my cellphone October last year and took out insurance. Now when I want to claim I'm told I don't have insurance. I am not happy and wouldn't recommend mtn insurance to anyone because they are not reliable and don't take responsibility for their mistakesupport. </p>
