id copy drama

<p>I put in a claim with mtn insurance for my ****** cell phone and now they are giving me the run around. They said i did not send in my id copy of which i did and everytime i try to find out the progress they keep on telling me about the id copy. I really dont know how many times i must send that id copy. I think they are delaying the process on purpose. Please help</p>
