Earlier upgrade request

<p>Hi there,</p> <p> </p> <p>I requested an earlier upgrade as my phone was ******. i would like to know via Hellopeter.com if my request was declined or accepted because i find that you guys are faster in responding. i honestly cannot cope without a phone because im currently using a phone without internet and i have assignments and so on to do on the go and not having to use my laptop.</p> <p> </p> <p>thank you and kindly please answer when you have gotten a response. </p>
