Bad Service from MTN

<p>I app**** for an MTN cellphone contract at Mavericks MTN store at the Hemingways Mall in East London on 21 December 2016. I was special package of 200 anytime minutes plus 2 gig data plus 200 SMS plus 50 gig data and 1000 talk time from MTN to MTN. I was a special for that day only. I gave all the necessary documents and an hour later I received an approval on my phone (SMS). But the people at the store said they need to get the approval on their computer. It was getting late so I had to leave. I am from Queenstown (200 km away from East London) so I said I won’t be able to come the following day. But they said when they get the approval on their computer they will send the package to me via courier. The following 3 days I tried several times but they won’t pick up the phone. The reference number is TV ********** .</p> <p>Since then there is no information from the store or from MTN.</p>
